Not a sprint...

I know I promised running stories on Friday and failed to deliver. Apologies to all zero of you who probably noticed. Perhaps I will get to that tomorrow.

The person of the week this week is Haile Gebreselassie, the world record holder for the marathon. He ran 2:03:59 in Berlin in 2008, which is freaking ridiculous.

He has set world records in distances from 2 miles to a marathon (26.2) miles. Basically he is the most ballinest runner in the history of running.

Good luck to all those running today, I will be cheering you on with my fat knee. Thanks to the five people who offered to run for Damien, he is a baller and a true inspiration. Good luck everyone.
