One thing can stop immediately: FML.

Honestly, it was hilarious in "Super Bad" when the janitor at the liquor store said that line. It is awesome on fmylife.com.

It can stop in your everyday talk or on your facebook statuses (why isn't the plural stati?). If you think your life is truly "F"'d then submit that to the website and move on with your life.

No one really likes to hear people whine about how bad things are because, shockingly, then can always be a whole lot worse. People love that website because the stories are just ridiculous and terribly unlucky. No one cares if you are studying so much that FML!

In conclusion, shut your face, count your blessings, and stop whining.
