If you test positive for hCG then you are usually pregnant.
If you are Manny Ramirez then you are suspended for 50 games... or a miracle of modern medicine.
Either way we don't get to see Manny play baseball until July.
To be fair, maybe Manny is infertile due to natural problems with his boys. That or he used to take steroids and now doesn't make testosterone anymore and therefore used hCG to restart that process.
Either way, no Manny joins the list of all the other cheaters... aka everyone who played Major League Baseball in the 90s and early 2000s.
